📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client engagements • Define target-state visions, document change plans, and enable users to adapt with minimal disruption • Identify stakeholders impacted by change initiatives • Assess how impacts will be felt and by whom • Develop organizational change management plans covering education, communication, and engagement • Develop collateral defined by the OCM plan • Own OCM project deliverables and deliverable quality • Lead information-gathering sessions • Establish OCM governance processes with customers • Manage complex partner relationships and coach leaders on standard methodologies • Create stakeholder and impact analyses covering current and future states, benefits, risks, and dependencies • Develop and drive multi-channel change management, communication, education, and engagement strategies • Design and develop communications, presentations, speaking points, and working-session materials • Increase OCM competency across the OCM team • Partner with customers to facilitate training programs • Manage deliverables from project start through customer handover and closure • Guide and mentor assigned Change Specialists • Align risk and control processes, monitor and mitigate risks, and raise issues appropriately • Follow established procedures and demonstrate ethical behavior

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience • Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with equivalent experience will be considered • Consulting, customer-facing experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication, including active listening • Outstanding client service, stakeholder management and project management skills • Ability to independently manage OCM projects • Ability to synthesize complex information into key points • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred • Proficient in MS Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) • AI fluency (Gemini and Copilot) required • Experience with migration of SaaS productivity tools (Google Workspace/M365) a plus
