📋 Description

• Define product features and align them with the overall product strategy. • Establish and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver business value. • Oversee the creation of new features, balancing customer needs with budget and technical constraints. • Work closely with engineering to ensure technical specifications meet the desired user experience. • Use in-depth industry knowledge, customer relationships, and market research to inform product decisions and enhancements. • Lead collaboration across teams (Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Strategy) throughout the product lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with business goals. • Plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery while managing cross-product dependencies. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver customer value. • Foster an agile, customer-centric team culture focused on problem-solving and fast delivery. • Inspire continuous learning and development within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Atleast 5 years in Product Management, preferably in technology, software, or data-driven industries • Strategic product thinker with strong business and technical acumen • Skilled in defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and delivering measurable outcomes • Collaborates effectively across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams • Customer-centric and data-driven; uses insights to guide decisions • Thrives in agile, fast-paced environments focused on innovation and results.
