📋 Description

• Support company operations across compliance, contracts, finance, and people functions. • Coordinate document workflows, including signatures, version control, and record organization. • Maintain trackers for contracts, policies, and audit evidence to ensure operational readiness. • Assist with budgeting, vendor management, and expense tracking. • Prepare internal documentation, templates, and client-facing materials. • Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee record maintenance. • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and client rollouts. • Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish • Skilled in Google Workspace, Notion, Asana/Linear, and document management systems • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn compliance, finance, and client delivery processes • Comfortable working across functions (engineering, legal, and external partners)
