📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Client Success, Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities • Translate customer needs, business goals, market signals, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements and recommendations • Develop, prioritize, and execute product initiatives aligned with company objectives • Structure and support prioritization discussions around opportunities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and expected impact • Serve as a central voice of the customer within Audiohook • Build feedback loops across customers, Sales, Client Success, Product, and Engineering • Conduct customer research and synthesize feedback to identify product opportunities • Communicate customer insights to product development teams • Define, track, and report product metrics including adoption, engagement, utilization, performance, and business impact • Provide leadership and stakeholders visibility into product health and opportunities • Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance • Communicate and educate internal stakeholders and customers on product changes and functionality • Translate technical developments into clear information for different audiences • Develop product updates, launch communications, enablement materials, and related resources • Partner with Sales and Client Success to communicate capabilities, limitations, positioning, and use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, product operations, or related experience • Strong ability to influence and create alignment across technical and commercial teams without direct authority • Ability to translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements and recommendations • Strong analytical skills and experience defining, interpreting, and communicating product KPIs • Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Data teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to make complex product concepts understandable to different audiences • Experience building customer feedback loops and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights • Experience in adtech, martech, B2B SaaS, or a high-growth technology company preferred • Must not require immigration sponsorship to work in the United States
