📋 Description

• Partner with the Principal Product Manager, EMEA, to define and execute the regional product strategy and roadmap. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM to bring new capabilities to market that address EMEA-specific regulatory and customer needs. • Conduct customer discovery sessions and collect market insights to inform feature prioritization and localization. • Lead product lifecycle activities from opportunity exploration to launch — including requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and acceptance testing. • Support regional analyst engagements, sales enablement, and customer success initiatives by communicating the product vision and roadmap. • Act as a bridge between customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring market relevance, usability, and business impact. • Champion continuous improvement and feedback loops across the product development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or GRC domains (Audit, Risk, Compliance, ESG, or related fields) • Strong grasp of B2B SaaS business models and customer-centric product delivery. • Experience working with cross-functional global teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing). • Demonstrated ability to translate market and regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD, DORA, UK SOX, ISO, NIS2) into actionable product features. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence across departments and levels. • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is highly desirable. • Based in the UK or EU, with ability to travel occasionally for customer or team engagements.
