📋 Description

• Maintain the Auditbase hospital software solution for audiology in the UK and Republic of Ireland • Conduct comprehensive product training for clients • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Understand customer needs and proactively address issues • Improve the product onboarding experience through a customer feedback loop to business development • Develop and enhance an e-learning strategy for customers and partners • Facilitate customer requests for standard and bespoke reporting • Communicate with regional audiology groups • Act as a presales contact and subject matter expert across presales, business development, and customer-focused audiological IT • Support more than 600 clinics and 6,000 users

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in audiology or a related field, passionate about advancing hearing health care • Accredited Audiologist • Customer-centric professional with a record of growing client relationships in a tech environment • Skilled in simplifying complex software concepts into clear, engaging training materials • Adept at transforming feedback into improvements for products and customer experience • Collaborative team player ready to work with diverse departments • Proactive problem solver • English CV required
