• Establish, cultivate, and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in companies, organizations, and NGOs in your primary (Europe & Africa) and secondary territories (Asia), and other territories if required. • Conduct daily outreach and engagement with potential corporate partners to promote our experiential learning opportunities, building meaningful partnerships. • Manage and expand our corporate network through diligent CRM management, account development, and data analysis. • Contribute to the overall success of Austral Group by ensuring a seamless corporate journey for all stakeholders. • Research and share insights into local economic, social, and cultural nuances to inform program development. • Conduct in-depth theme analysis of all Austral Group destinations to uncover unique cultural and experiential offerings for students.

• Fluent in English, additional language proficiency is a plus. • Strong commitment to work, results-oriented, and proactive. • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills (both verbal and written). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and flexible environment with tight deadlines. • Meticulous attention to detail.
