• Help build and maintain strong working relationships with hotel partners • Prepare the rooming lists and smooth check-in process • Coordinate with internal and external teams for details • Schedule provider payments and revise final billing reports • Analyze provider invoices and ensure accuracy • Keep provider database up-to-date with rates and service details • Collaborate with colleagues in the Americas during specified hours • Make suggestions for improved service strategies
🎯 Requirements
• University degree or at least 3 years of prior work experience in areas related to travel services • Prior work experience in a hotel groups/events role is a plus • Strong aptitude in computing skills and in organizing data • Quick adaptability to new software and database systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing service requests • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Excellent time management skills • Clear and agile communication, proactive problem-solving attitude
