📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for our diverse business areas and ensure a fast, personal candidate experience • Conduct interviews independently and help us find the best talent for our Retail department • Take responsibility for applicant management and coordinate interview schedules between internal stakeholders and candidates • Position yourself as a trusted sparring partner for our business units through your professional approach • Proactively contribute ideas and support projects that combine business objectives with recruiting trends

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for HR and (some) practical experience in recruiting, ideally within an international company • Excellent command of German and English (at least C1) • Enjoy working in a dynamic company culture with a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility • Structured working style and the ability to engage and inspire people • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a plus but not required
