📋 Description

• Partner with and advise business leaders on business and financial decisions • Help manage planning, budget and forecast cycles for Sales organization • Support sales and their pipeline management through Salesforce.com • Manage deals from forecasting, to deal structuring and review to the Deal Review Board • Create ad-hoc financial analyses and models • Help set sales compensation plans and quota setting • Establish relationships with various groups to support Sales Teams • Promote efficient, standardized systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting • 7+ years finance business partnering experience, multinational software industry experience is a plus • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to maintain high quality standards in complex environments • Strong understanding of finance functional areas, including revenue accounting, tax, and compliance • Must have Excel skills, with regard to financial modeling • Strong experience with general ledger and financial budgeting/forecasting software (i.e. Anaplan); AI and/or Power BI/Sigma/Snowflake knowledge is a plus.
