📋 Description
• Collaborate with the content production team to ensure platform capabilities support the editorial vision, publishing workflows, and content performance objectives. • Align platform governance with content production standards for discoverability, accessibility, and AI retrieval. • Oversee day-to-day operations of learning platforms (LMS, content hubs, integrations), ensuring reliability and compliance. • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate updates, maintenance, and feature enhancements. • Work with digital transformation teams to implement and maintain integrations between the learning platform, content hubs, and enterprise systems to streamline content publishing. • Support scalable workflows for live and on-demand content delivery in collaboration with content production teams. • Collaborate with production leads, UX designers, content producers, and quality assurance teams to ensure platforms deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-quality learning experiences. • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions. • Track platform usage and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities. • Provide insights to inform decisions about platform improvements and integrations.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in information systems, educational technologies, or a related field • More than 5 years of experience managing learning platforms or enterprise systems • Strong understanding of LMS, CMS, and integration technologies (APIs, SSO) • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and collaborate across teams • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
