📋 Description
• Lead and develop a global transfer pricing team, providing mentorship, technical guidance and career development • Establish operational excellence, governance standards and scalable processes for all transfer pricing activities • Partner with leaders in Finance, Legal and the business to support Global Transfer Pricing Strategy and Planning • Own the company’s global transfer pricing strategy • Develop transfer pricing controversy strategy and provide audit support • Oversee global transfer pricing compliance • Drive the legal entity forecasting process working with regional and corporate finance teams • Ensure transfer pricing documentation accurately reflects planning initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of transfer pricing experience • Advanced degree (Masters in Tax/Economics/Finance, JD/LLM); CPA or equivalent a plus • Experience leading transfer pricing in a multinational tech company • Deep knowledge of corporate tax including international tax research, compliance and consulting • Ability to perform financial/economic analyses and build financial valuation models • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams and external advisors
