📋 Description

• Establish and maintain customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor • Collate and analyse customer conversations to identify actions that improve customer experience and promote ICM use • Add value to customers’ use of InfoWorks ICM through scripting and AI • Promote subject expertise through social media, webinars, conferences, and customer events • Develop and deliver expert coaching on model building, importing models, calibration, verification, model application, and IT strategy • Identify and improve self-served materials to drive tool adoption • Demonstrate internal thought leadership and product expertise to help drive the product portfolio • Collaborate with customer success, sales, product, and strategy teams • Provide technical assistance and recommendations based on data analytics • Travel to customer offices and conferences • Develop knowledge across the Autodesk Water portfolio, particularly asset management

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of InfoWorks ICM in a commercial environment with recent industry experience • Demonstrable experience scripting within InfoWorks ICM • Degree in a technical, engineering, or science subject, or equivalent experience • Experience with cloud environments • Expertise in other water modelling products • Consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers • Ability to travel to customer offices and conferences • May be required to complete in-person onboarding and/or identity verification
