📋 Description

• Establish and maintain customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor • Collate and analyse customer conversations to identify actions that improve customer experience and promote ICM use • Add value to ICM through scripting and AI • Promote subject expertise through social media, webinars, conferences, and customer events • Develop and deliver expert coaching on model building, model imports, calibration, verification, model application, and IT strategy • Identify and improve self-served materials to drive tool adoption • Provide internal thought leadership and product expertise to support the product portfolio • Collaborate with customer success, sales, product, and strategy teams • Provide technical assistance and data analytics-based recommendations to customers • Travel to customer offices and conferences as required • Develop knowledge across the Autodesk Water portfolio, particularly asset management

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of InfoWorks ICM in a commercial environment with recent industry experience • Demonstrable experience of scripting within ICM • Degree in a Technical, Engineering or Science subject or equivalent experience • Experience with cloud environments • Expertise in other water modelling products • Consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers • Spanish language skills especially beneficial
