📋 Description

• Designing and implementing production-ready AI and agent systems • Developing modern architectures around LLMs, knowledge graphs, and data integration • Not only designing solutions conceptually but also bringing them hands-on into production • Operating and scaling AI workloads on Kubernetes • Responsibility for deploying and optimizing on-prem LLMs (e.g., vLLM, Ollama) • Developing robust architectures including observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop • Leading architecture workshops and advising clients up to C-level • Translating business requirements into viable, cost-effective AI solutions • Making informed technology decisions and evaluating new frameworks • Actively shaping the AI portfolio • Introducing new ideas, technologies, and best practices to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience implementing AI/ML or GenAI projects • Hands-on experience with LLM- or agent-based systems in production-like environments • Experience in architecture work and client projects (e.g., workshops, stakeholder management) • Technical focus on GenAI/LLM systems, agent-based architectures, knowledge graphs, and data/backend integration • Experience with Kubernetes, inference stacks, or observability and an understanding of trade-offs, scaling, and cost-effectiveness is advantageous • You can communicate and present complex topics clearly and are confident when interacting with clients • You work in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented manner • Fluent German (C1 level) both written and spoken; strong English skills are a plus • Ideally based in the Berlin area and willing to spend regular time on-site with the team
