📋 Description
• Spend six self-scheduled hours per day helping customers via email and live chat • Identify and elevate whole customer experience, finding efficiency improvements • Mentor peers and help improve tools and products for better customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• WordPress and/or WooCommerce experience • Customer support experience ideally with high-volume end users • Initiative and measurable impact in previous roles • Exceptional communication skills and trust-building • Self-starter mentality in independent work environments • Unique expertise relevant to the role • AI fluency with practical application of AI tools
