📋 Description

• Own the order and booking process from purchase order receipt through validation, booking, and warehouse release • Review purchase orders, commercial terms, delivery requirements, and documentation • Identify and resolve missing information, changes, risks, and exceptions • Coordinate with partners and Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams • Manage complex or time-sensitive orders and issues through to resolution • Keep stakeholders informed throughout issue resolution • Use operational data to identify recurring issues, delays, and process gaps • Improve and standardise team processes across regions • Support team development through knowledge sharing and process expertise • Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve quality, accuracy, and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales support, order management, commercial operations, customer service, logistics, or a similar operational environment • Experience managing purchase orders and sales orders, including order changes, discrepancies, exceptions, and coordination across multiple teams • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an advantage • Strong operational and problem-solving skills • Experience managing multiple priorities and following issues through to resolution within agreed SLAs • Experience with process improvement, automation, or operational excellence • Interest in using AI and digital tools to improve ways of working • Experience working in a global or international environment • Experience coordinating with stakeholders across different functions, regions, and time zones
