• Studies: You are a currently enrolled student. • Language and expression: You have excellent German skills, both written and spoken, and communicate clearly, politely and confidently. • Customer orientation: You are passionate about excellent customer service and enjoy resolving issues in a solution-focused manner. • Structure and initiative: You work independently, contribute proactively and adapt quickly in dynamic situations. • Empathy and teamwork: You think ahead, act responsibly and bring creative ideas to the table, always with the customer in mind.
