📋 Description

• manage fundraising campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, texting, and telemarketing • support campaign strategy development, including budgets, creative direction, segmentation, and production • draft campaign outlines, reports, and presentations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations • serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and production partners, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on time • oversee copy, design, and production schedules, managing quality control

🎯 Requirements

• at least 2-3 years of experience in direct response nonprofit fundraising • expertise in Microsoft Office programs like SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • exceptional attention to detail • ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • self-motivation, reliability, and ownership of tasks with minimal oversight • resourcefulness and a creative mindset • top-notch teamwork and collaboration skills • excellent communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking
