• We are recruiting AI Video Operators and Editors for a specialized team to support a US-based client. • You will be trained on producing 10-45 Minute animated shorts using an AI-driven animation tool. • You will be responsible for turning provided scripts into high-quality animated content. • The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and excited to learn new tools and platforms. • A good sense of storytelling and pacing is a big advantage. • You will break down scripts into logical scene prompts for the AI tool to generate animated sequences. • During the process you will fix weak scenes and edit the AI's outputs to achieve the desired style, speed, and accuracy. • Experience in video editing or motion graphics is preferred, but training will be provided for motivated candidates.
🎯 Requirements
• Background in 2D/3D animation, script-based video production or storyboarding / storytelling. • Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.) is an advantage. • Ability to follow creative direction and structured workflows with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong written and spoken English. • Comfortable working remotely with US-based teams. • Comfortable in high-volume production environments. • Fast internet and reliable computer.
🏖️ Benefits
• Php 100 to Php 500 per hour (based on experience). • Full-time or part-time roles available. • Potential for full-time role as team scales.
