• Perform analysis of data to drive strategic business decisions on multimedia direct marketing campaigns • Data mining and in-depth analysis of customer databases • Create measurements such as response analysis, ROI, campaign dashboard development • Ensure continuous campaign and program improvement • Create closed-loop, highly quantitative measurement process to ensure effectiveness of database marketing efforts • Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations to improve response and ROI • Provides support/direction in factors affecting website visitor behavior, conversion, and customer retention rates
