📋 Description

• Advance and promote a DevSecOps culture across the company; • Develop and maintain delivery processes (pipelines); • Operate and evolve the tools that make up the software delivery process; • Identify and implement continuous improvements related to performance, security, and operational efficiency; • Understand team challenges, gather feedback, and propose solutions; • Maintain and enhance the Backstage platform; • Ensure robust and efficient CI/CD pipelines that increase development teams' productivity and mitigate deployment risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with DevSecOps practices and agile methodologies; • CI/CD pipeline construction and orchestration (Azure DevOps); • Strong experience with Linux and Windows operating systems; • Experience with containers and orchestration tools; • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform and Helm); • Experience with code versioning tools (GitHub, GitLab, or similar); • Administration and provisioning of resources in public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure); • Experience with code quality/quality gate tools (SonarCloud, Snyk, Gitleaks, or similar); • Knowledge of integrations via APIs; • Familiarity with the Backstage platform; • Basic knowledge of programming languages or automation tools; • Knowledge of test automation processes.
