📋 Description

• Work with clients from contract signature to understand their file-review framework and configure File Checking accordingly • Translate client objectives into requirements, agreed outcomes and deliverables for Product and Engineering teams • Create and manage implementation plans and act as the primary client contact • Coordinate technical readiness, testing and go-live • Provide early-life support before handover to Customer Success and Support • Configure checking questions, scoring criteria, evidence requirements and edge cases • Compare AI outcomes with human file-checking outcomes, identify discrepancies and refine configuration • Produce accuracy metrics and insights for pilot reviews and client presentations • Apply knowledge of suitability, COBS 9/9A, Consumer Duty and FCA guidance • Train compliance, T&C and QA users • Share product feedback and help build implementation playbooks, training materials and the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a File Checker, Compliance Officer, T&C Supervisor or similar within a financial planning, wealth management or financial advice firm • Strong understanding of advice-file requirements, including suitability reports, fact-finds, risk profiling, capacity for loss, product research and rationale, COBS 9/9A and Consumer Duty • Paraplanning or financial advice experience alongside file checking • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to compare AI and human review outcomes and explain differences • Confidence leading client calls, workshops and training sessions • Strong client and stakeholder management • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables • Ability to adapt quickly to different firms and help establish new processes in an evolving environment
