📋 Description

• Integral part of advisory projects, solution and market research for AVIA’s member network • Analyze data, facilitate conversations, apply critical thinking, and build compelling client and member deliverables • Assess trends, interpret data in context, and develop actionable recommendations that advance organizational objectives • Manage day-to-day interactions with health system and solution company executives • Create compelling data visualizations and leverage tools like Tableau, Excel, and LLMs/generative AI • Conduct deep primary and secondary research (qualitative and quantitative) to deliver insights • Build coherent narratives and presentations to drive decision-making and buy-in • Deliver on-time, on-budget value to clients and members and manage priorities in a matrixed environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in a health system, health care consulting role, or digital health solution company • Leverage knowledge of healthcare system operations and the digital health ecosystem to assess trends and develop actionable recommendations • Excellent client management skills when managing day-to-day interactions with health system and solution company executives • Strong critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity to analyze complex problems and generate data-driven insights • Consummate attention to detail in analysis, communication, and thinking • Deep analytic skills and understanding; proficiency with Tableau and Excel • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI • Proven interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence • Experience engaging in coaching, career development, knowledge sharing, and teaming • Ability to build coherent narratives using standard presentation tools • Deep primary and secondary research skills (qualitative and quantitative) • Advanced writing skills • Efficient time-management skills and ability to manage upward in a matrixed environment • Comfort working in ambiguity by navigating evolving priorities and open-ended problems
