📋 Description

• Build and maintain renewal reporting for the high-volume segment • Provide leadership with regular visibility into renewal forecasting and performance • Own renewal data definitions, capture, accuracy, timeliness, and actionability • Translate renewal data into leadership-level narratives and insights • Build and optimize a renewal pacing model for the down-market segment • Establish leading indicators and early-warning signals for forward-looking visibility • Define best-practice renewal workflows for high-volume segments • Audit data capture across the renewal lifecycle and lead remediation of gaps • Configure and optimize CRM, partner portal, and renewal orchestration systems with RevOps, Customer Ops, and IT • Define how the partner portal surfaces, tracks, and actions renewals • Establish and manage a recurring renewal operations cadence

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewal Operations in a global tech or SaaS company • Proven experience owning and building renewal operations for high-volume segments • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building renewal reporting and pacing models • Ability to turn raw CRM data into executive-ready insights • Proficiency with Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced formulas such as Index Match • Experience with channel and partner-led renewal motions • Familiarity with partner portals or partner management tools strongly preferred • Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, to build reporting and manage updates • Comfortable working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker • Experience with CSP platform Gainsight is a plus • Ability to define and implement operational processes where structure does not yet exist • Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders • Highly proactive builder mindset
