📋 Description
• Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives. • Identify opportunities to simplify or improve processes. • Define clear requirements for technology solutions. • Manage applications for ground services, refueling, asset management, and related functions. • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. • Ensure that technology solutions align with operational goals.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a business analyst, product manager, IT business partner, or a similar role, preferably in aviation, logistics, or transportation. • Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. • Proficiency with major operational systems (ERP, mobile service management, scheduling). • Bilingual in French and English. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies (an asset).
