• Develop and implement a scalable affiliate marketing strategy to grow revenue through partnerships. • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, providing them with the tools and resources to succeed in promoting our brand. • Manage existing affiliate relationships, ensuring they have up-to-date content and information on promotions, new products, and brand messaging. • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and lower customer acquisition costs. • Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, focusing on reach, engagement, and conversion. • Identify and build relationships with influencers across multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and blogs, to represent and promote their brand. • Negotiate contracts and partnerships with influencers, managing agreements and deliverables to ensure effective collaboration. • Track influencer performance, analyzing metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, to refine strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness. • Use analytics tools to monitor affiliate and influencer campaign performance, reporting on key metrics such as traffic, sales, engagement, and conversion rates. • Develop actionable insights from campaign data to refine and improve the affiliate and influencer programs continually. • Regularly present reports to key stakeholders, highlighting program successes, areas for improvement, and strategies for growth. • Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all campaigns and assets. • Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to support product launches and seasonal campaigns through affiliate and influencer channels. • Act as the primary contact for affiliates and influencers, providing ongoing support and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. • Manage the budget for affiliate and influencer marketing programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet performance goals. • Optimize spend across channels to ensure maximum ROI while adhering to budget constraints.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of driving Affiliate or Influencer Marketing teams and efforts to drive revenue growth profitably. • Strong technical expertise in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing. • Proven success in building and scaling affiliate and influencer programs, with a strong track record of driving revenue. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with partners. • Proficiency with affiliate networks, influencer platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, HasOffers, etc.). • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing campaign performance.
