📋 Description

• Lead influencer campaigns across multiple regions, managing strategy, execution, and optimization • Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and deliverables globally • Build strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and clients in different markets • Participate in client introduction calls and help prepare proposals, ensuring the best influencer strategy for each brand • Support the sales team with campaign planning, offers, and client presentations • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights • Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction, reporting, and campaign strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally agency-side • Strong expertise in managing campaigns beyond Vietnam, including Europe, LATAM, US, UK, and APAC • Capable of leading global campaigns end-to-end—sourcing and negotiating with international creators, adapting content to regional markets, tracking KPIs, and mentoring junior team members • Manage significant budgets, coordinate across time zones, and ensure campaigns meet global brand standards.
