• Lead influencer campaigns across multiple regions, managing strategy, execution, and optimization. • Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and deliverables globally. • Build strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and clients in different markets. • Participate in client introduction calls and help prepare proposals, ensuring the best influencer strategy for each brand. • Support the sales team with campaign planning, offers, and client presentations. • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights. • Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction, reporting, and campaign strategy.
• 4–6+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally agency-side • Strong expertise in managing campaigns beyond Brazil, including Europe, LATAM, US, UK, and APAC • Capable of leading global campaigns end-to-end—sourcing and negotiating with international creators • Adapting content to regional markets • Tracking KPIs and mentoring junior team members • Manage significant budgets • Coordinate across time zones • Ensure campaigns meet global brand standards.
