📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns across multiple European markets. • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with top-tier influencers and emerging creators. • Oversee campaign budgets, contracts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns hit KPIs. • Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and recommend improvements. • Mentor and support junior team members, helping build best practices for influencer campaigns. • Keep up-to-date with influencer trends, platform updates, and regional market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships, ideally with multi-country campaigns. • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other European platforms. • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. • Experience managing budgets, teams, or large-scale campaigns. • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable campaign improvements. • Comfortable working with remote international teams and multi-market campaigns.
