• Lead and optimize the operational execution of global influencer marketing campaigns • Develop, implement, and continuously improve campaign workflows, creator onboarding, contract management, and payment processes • Coordinate cross-region teams to ensure campaigns meet timelines, budgets, and brand standards • Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and operational efficiency, providing actionable insights to leadership • Mentor junior operations and campaign team members, providing guidance on best practices and process improvements • Implement tools and systems to streamline campaign management, reporting, and collaboration across regions • Support strategic planning for global campaigns, aligning operations with business objectives and growth goals
• 4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing operations, campaign management, or program management • Proven experience managing operations for campaigns across multiple international markets • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms, creator management tools, and campaign analytics • Deep understanding of influencer marketing trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Twitch, and Kick.com • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
