📋 Description

• Implement digitalization initiatives for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team • Analyze and optimize processes related to our financial software and the associated specialist departments • Provide process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our clients and partners • Train users after software implementation • Comprehensive, hands-on onboarding by a designated mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training, and conferences • Strong team spirit and an independent area of responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, or Economics, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (m/f/d) • Basic accounting knowledge is desirable • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting • Experience in project management (ideally through internships or working student positions) • Desire for continuous professional development and lifelong learning • Independent working style, high self-motivation and strong organizational skills • Willingness to travel regionally • Very good written and spoken German skills
