📋 Description

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients on supply chain and transportation contracts. • Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics. • Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks, including supplier disputes and product recalls.

🎯 Requirements

• Active bar license in the state in which you reside. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on supply chain, transportation, procurement, or logistics law. • Strong knowledge of U.S. transportation laws and regulations, and international laws and regulations relevant to supply chain management. • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements related to supply chain processes.
