🎯 Requirements
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Event Management solutions to meet business requirements. • Monitor and manage event data from various sources to ensure timely and accurate incident detection and resolution. • Develop and maintain event management policies, procedures, and documentation. • Collaborate with IT operations and other stakeholders to integrate event management with other ITSM processes. • Analyze event data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, providing recommendations for improvement. • Ensure the reliability and performance of the ServiceNow Event Management module. • Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on event management processes and tools.
