📋 Description

• Provide direct, day-to-day legal counsel on a wide range of employment matters, including hiring, performance management, accommodations, leaves, and terminations across multiple jurisdictions (US and globally). • Manage and oversee all employment litigation and agency complaints, encompassing strategy development, outside counsel coordination, case management, and executive reporting. • Draft, review, and update essential employment documentation, including Offer Letters, Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreements (PIIAAs), policies, and employee handbooks. • Advise and collaborate with Human Resources and management on employee relations issues and workplace investigations, providing specific risk assessments and legal recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time legal experience as an employment attorney, gained either in a law firm or an in-house legal department. • JD (or equivalent degree) and current admission to the Bar in at least one United States jurisdiction. • Documented experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating employment-related agreements (e.g., Offer letters, Separation Agreements, Consulting Agreements). • Demonstrated experience counseling executive leadership and organizational stakeholders on critical employment-related decisions.
