📋 Description

• Work as a Functional Analyst on a long-term project lasting more than 12 months • Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering • Create and document User Stories and/or Use Cases • Analyze systems and web applications • Act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams • Contribute to CRM solutions • Apply agile methodologies, namely Scrum and/or Kanban

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Business Analyst / Systems Analyst roles • Experience in requirements analysis and gathering • Experience creating and documenting User Stories and/or Use Cases • Knowledge of SQL • Experience in data modeling • Knowledge of Feature Files and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) • Experience with agile methodologies, namely Scrum and/or Kanban • Experience analyzing systems and web applications • Knowledge of or experience with technology environments using Java and/or C# • Ability to bridge business needs and technical teams • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills • Fluent Portuguese
