• BDM - Convene Records • If you are passionate, results-driven, independent, and have the desire to be part of a winning-team, join Azeus Convene! • We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to be part of our growing team in Azeus Convene. • Azeus Convene is a multi-awarded meeting and collaboration solution for Board Directors and Senior Executives. • Our client base has grown exponentially, and our global footprint has extended in over 100 countries which has already been recognized by reputable institutions across the globe. • Sales Target: Independently achieve a target through proactive business development and sales strategies. • Product Demonstration and Training: Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions to potential clients. • Lead Generation: Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Requirements: • Willingness to travel. • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT software sales within Oil & Gas industry. • Educational background in Business Management, (Computer Science background is a plus). • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating lead • Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
