• Job Description-Business Development Manager for Azeus Convene, a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams; global footprint in over 100 countries. • Visit www.azeusconvene.com for more information. • Sales target: Independently achieve target through proactive business development and sales strategies. • Product Demonstration and Training: Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions to potential clients. • Lead Generation: Generate SQLs through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records. • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. • The role requires significant interaction with clients/prospective clients, partners and Azeus personnel which may be face-to-face or using other communications media. • Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT software sales; educational background in Business Management; proven track record; experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises; excellent communication and presentation skills. • Additional Requirements: Strong background in IT software sales; ready to join within 1-2 months' notice; willingness to travel; strong team player with a collaborative mindset; excellent academic record with minimum 70%; experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region. • Educational background in Business Management, (Computer Science background is a plus). • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads. • Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong background in IT software sales, particularly within the assigned region. • Ready to join within 1-2 months' notice period. • Willingness to travel. • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. • Excellent academic record with a minimum of 70% throughout. • Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.
