📋 Description

• We are seeking a full-time Photoshop Artist at a leading North American promotional products distributor. • This role focuses on creating realistic lifestyle images, cleaning up product photos, and recoloring items to showcase different stock color options. • Manipulate and retouch images to achieve realistic outcomes. • Create composite images from multiple sources, ensuring a seamless final product. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. • Applicants must submit a portfolio that includes at least 2 different before-and-after examples demonstrating photo manipulation and compositing skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Photoshop • College degree Associates Degree or higher preferred • Comprehensive understanding of advanced photo manipulation techniques, including masking, blending modes, retouching, and lighting correction • Proven ability to create realistic lifestyle composites by matching light direction, shadows, depth, and perspective across multiple image sources • Strong grasp of color theory and tonal adjustments to ensure accurate recoloring of products while maintaining material texture and realism • Experience with cleaning and enhancing product photos for commercial use, including background removal, dust/artifact cleanup, and surface correction • High-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop • A portfolio demonstrating expertise in lifestyle image creation, product recoloring, and before-and-after retouching work • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills • Bonus points if you are proficient in using Generative AI features in Photoshop to enhance and elevate your work. • Illustrator experience is a bonus
