📋 Description

• Prioritize, conceptualize, co-design, build, test, and engage users for product concepts • Work across the full stack with a stronger emphasis on backend development • Mentor and teach colleagues and participate in knowledge sharing • Maintain and improve backend test coverage and contribute to frontend and integration tests • Set up and operate continuous integration and deployment for containerized services • Store and process data using AWS services (S3, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk) and centralize data in Redshift • Design and maintain structured data in PostgreSQL and answer product questions with SQL • Integrate AI models and agents into product features and internal tooling

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience building products and systems in production • Amazing communicator • Comfortable managing your time and deciding among competing priorities • Passionate about the future of work • Enjoy learning and teaching • Some mobile experience • Comfortable working with backend and frontend technologies, with deeper background and interest on the backend side • Experience with Python/Django, TypeScript/React, PostgreSQL, AWS (S3, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk), Docker, SQL, and Redshift • Experience with testing, CI/CD, and containerized deployments • Willingness to work in a team that values mentorship and open-source contribution
