📋 Description

• Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, and product databases into a unified warehouse. • Design, own, and manage our analytics stack from the ground up. • Ensure clean, accurate, and consistent data across teams. • Build repeatable pipelines and dashboards that anyone at Badge can use. • Own company-wide reporting from CAC payback to product engagement. • Support the CEO, Finance, and GTM with board decks, forecasts, and investor metrics. • Turn raw data into clear insights that drive revenue and efficiency. • Build dashboards that make our business run like a machine. • Design and implement internal AI agents that automate high-leverage workflows across teams. • Use tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Dust, Zapier, or custom frameworks to build automations. • Partner with every team (Sales, CS, Product, Finance) to identify manual or repetitive work that can be replaced with AI workflows. • Own the AI roadmap for operational efficiency from prototype to production. • Measure and communicate the impact of these agents: time saved, errors reduced, and insights unlocked. • Partner with leadership to design systems that scale from 20 to 100 employees. • Create processes that make us faster, smarter, and more data-driven. • Be the connective tissue across teams and the person who knows how everything fits together.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in data, analytics, or business operations (SaaS preferred). • Fluent in SQL and comfortable with dbt, Python, or similar tools. • Experience managing complex data pipelines • Familiar with modern data tools (Fivetran, Airbyte, Hightouch, Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau). • Experience building automations or agents using AI frameworks or APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, Dust, Zapier, Make, etc.). • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue forecasting, and unit economics. • Exceptional communication skills, can translate complex analysis into actionable insights. • You love building systems and tools that make people more effective.
