📋 Description

• The Program Manager, Operations Excellence (OPEX) role supports operational performance improvements at the branches by collaborating with the Operations team and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. • They assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and engage team members to enhance efficiency and safety, ensuring alignment with the business plan. • Salary for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems, or another relatable field required, MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in continuous improvement, Operations Excellence, or Lean Manufacturing. • Demonstrated success in implementing Lean/OPEX initiatives. • Proficiency in driving Operations Excellence, Lean, and Change Management. • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to achieving results. • Collaborative and results-oriented approach. • Excellent project management, execution, and organizational skills. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze problems, and develop effective corrective actions. • Effective communication skills, capable of working with all levels of the organization, from operators to senior leaders. • Experience in developing and reporting on key performance metrics. • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven mindset. • Hands-on experience with SMART goal setting, strategy deployment, root cause analysis, 5S, and standard work. • Ability to move around the office and other work environments, including standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. • Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones. • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds. • Good vision to read and analyze data, documents, and computer screens. • Clear verbal communication skills for facilitating workshops and training sessions. • Adequate hearing ability to participate in meetings and discussions. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to branches, meetings and training sessions.
