📋 Description

• Provide exceptional support for existing client base and lead new Sage Intacct implementations. • Demonstrate effective communication and work closely with clients and other team members to resolve challenges and improve processes. • Ensure prompt, concise, and friendly communications providing high quality service. • Collaborate with teams and customers to implement Sage Intacct using a structured methodology. • Manage multiple projects, conduct requirements discussions, design solutions, and configure software. • Perform training for customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements. • Analyse complex business processes and perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements. • Monitor customer technical issues, identify risks, and document business requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or relevant field. • 1+ years' consulting experience (preferred). • 1+ years’ Sage Intacct (preferred). • 1+ years of experience working with construction management applications such as Procore, Corecon, Buildertrend, Sablono, VisiLean, etc. • 1+ years’ construction accounting experience, including multi-currency, VAT, CIS, project billing (preferred).
