📋 Description

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their specific payroll system and resolve discrepancies • Review and/or process payrolls within client deadlines, including employee record updates, bonuses or severance, tax calculations, and payroll reconciliations • Prepare reports covering employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions • Establish trusted client relationships and consult on payroll matters • Maintain confidentiality of employee data • Provide technical software support to clients • Capture out-of-scope work and identify opportunities to expand client services • Support the implementation team when needed • Interview clients to understand payroll needs • Manage new client implementation projects through timely completion and client satisfaction • Train clients on payroll processes • Support new hires and less experienced staff regarding clients, software, payroll, and processes • Provide timely feedback and share insights and lessons learned • Research and maintain product knowledge on ADP software platforms • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal practices and laws

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience • Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience • CPP preferred • Bachelor's degree required • Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy • Strong organization and time management skills • Strong adaptability and multitasking skills • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment serving multiple clients • Ability to provide exceptional client service • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly • Ability to learn from experiences and integrate new knowledge and skills into daily work and share with colleagues
