• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare management, business administration, or related field with an MBA in business administration or healthcare management highly preferred. • 5+ years applicable senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with a significant portion in management. • Experience with and good working knowledge in managing P&L for the region. • Meticulous with strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Requires initiative-taking mindset with the foresight to identify issues before they occur and present corrective alternatives. • Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills. • Must demonstrate highly ethical behavior and good judgment including the ability to always maintain the utmost confidentiality. • Ability to ensure accurate, timely completion of assigned responsibilities. • Flexible with the ability to successfully manage ever-changing priorities. • Ability to build rapport and interact with personnel at all levels within the Company and with vendors and business partners outside the Company. • Demonstrates the ability to professionally respond to stressful situations in a patient, kind, and timely manner. • Ability to travel up to 25% to various regional locations and other management meetings on occasion. • Highly PC Proficient with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, database systems, finance databases, lease software, including report generation. • Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. • Ability to successfully pass an in-depth background investigation, including credit check and with a clean DMV report. • Desired: Multi-state experience successfully managing various medical practice locations. • or any combination of academic education, professional training, and development along with applied work experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
