📋 Description

• Assess change impact and stakeholder readiness across marketing, data, IT and operations teams • Create clear change and adoption plans • Design and run enablement, including training curricula, workshops, playbooks, guides and office hours • Build adoption into delivery plans with project managers, timing readiness, training and support to releases and go-live • Define adoption and outcome measures • Build reporting showing platform usage, capability uplift and business results over time • Lead communications and engagement, including leadership briefings, town halls, team-level updates and champion networks • Help clients redesign operating models, roles and processes • Identify resistance and adoption risks and address them with client leaders • Contribute to BPX change and enablement methods, templates and reusable assets • Support pre-sales with scoping and effort estimates • Work alongside strategists, project managers, architects and platform specialists on large, multi-year transformation programmes

🎯 Requirements

• Six or more years in change management, adoption or enablement, including leading change on technology programmes in large organisations • Experience of change on martech, CRM, data or digital transformation programmes • Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Adobe or Workfront is an advantage • A structured change method you can apply and adapt • Prosci, APMG Change Management or equivalent certification is an advantage • Strong design and delivery of training and enablement for audiences from senior leaders to day-to-day platform users • Comfort defining metrics and working with data to report adoption and outcomes, not only activity • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage • Consulting or agency background • Credible with senior client stakeholders and able to influence without direct authority • Fluent English • Right to work in an EMEA country where BPX operates • Applicants must have the right to work in the EMEA country in which they are based • Bluprintx is not able to provide visa sponsorship
