âą Take ownership of GoHighLevel CRM setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization âą Build and maintain automations, workflows, and sales pipelines to improve lead handling and conversion âą Integrate Claude AI and other AI tools into daily business processes to improve efficiency and output âą Support AI-driven content creation and marketing automation initiatives âą Manage and update the company website, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability âą Implement and improve SEO across key pages and content to support organic lead generation âą Support paid traffic campaigns and broader digital marketing activities where needed âą Continuously identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve internal systems âą Work directly with the founder to reduce reliance on external agencies and improve in-house capability âą Provide clear, consistent updates on progress, performance, and improvements
đŻ Requirements
âą 3+ years of experience in GoHighLevel âą Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, or similar) âą Strong understanding of SEO principles âą Experience managing and updating WordPress websites âą Practical experience using AI for content creation, systems optimization, and workflow automation âą Ability to work independently in a remote setup with clear and professional English communication âą Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
