• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field • 3–6 years of professional design and marketing experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting • Experience in digital content creation, marketing communications, or social media management • Proven ability to manage multi-channel digital content calendars with a website-first approach • Strong long and short form writing, editing, and storytelling skills across technical and brand-focused content. • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design. • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects), and Riverside FM or equivalent tools • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) • Understanding of SEO principles, analytics, and performance measurement • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines • Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills across teams and time zones.
