📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the Operational and Strategic Procurement team • Plan, manage, and continuously optimize material flows and inventory levels • Own the qualification of new suppliers and the development of existing supplier relationships • Identify cost-saving opportunities and initiate measures to reduce complexity • Standardize processes and tools in line with corporate guidelines • Define and further develop the procurement strategy with key stakeholders • Assess international procurement markets and build stable supply chains • Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective interface management.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering • At least 5 years of leadership experience in operational procurement • Proven experience working within complex matrix organizations • Fluent English communication skills • Strong knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and common procurement tools.
