📋 Description

• Consulting & Design: Development and implementation of identity and security strategies based on Microsoft technologies. • Technical implementation: Deployment and optimization of cloud Identity & Access Management (e.g., in Entra ID with identity governance or PIM, Defender for Identity). • Technical implementation: Further development and modernization of existing on-premises and hybrid identity solutions (e.g., Active Directory Domain Services, Entra Connect, Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure). • Security audits & assessments: Analyzing and evaluating existing identity and cloud security architectures for our clients. • Training & workshops: Supporting our clients through training, best practices, and technical hands-on sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT security with a focus on identity and cloud security. • Knowledge of Microsoft identity solutions and related security features and concepts (e.g., Active Directory and tiering, Entra ID and EAM, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure, PowerShell). • Certifications such as Microsoft Security, SANS, CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent are a plus. • Completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. • Excellent German language skills (native or business fluent). • Good written and spoken English. • Strong communication and consulting skills – ability to explain complex issues clearly. • Strong analytical and solution-oriented working style. • Self-initiative and the ability to work independently and organize yourself.
