• As a Technical Account Manager at baseVISION, you will be the strategic and technical interface between our enterprise customers and our internal teams. • You will take ownership of assigned accounts and guide them on their journey to a secure, modern workplace — with a focus on Microsoft IT-Security and Endpoint Management. • You will work closely with our technical specialists, marketing, and sales teams to provide a holistic experience for our customers. • You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and actively help evolve our services.
• Technical education and further training, ideally complemented by studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field. • Knowledge in Microsoft IT-Security and Endpoint Management (organization, processes, technology). • Proven experience in account management. • You are personable, build trust quickly, and demonstrate customer orientation as well as leadership and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a proactive work style. • German is your native language and you have very good English skills. • Quick comprehension, systems thinking, and the ability to prioritize.
